1) the gas shielded welding joints include butt joint, angle joint, T shaped joint and lap joint, most of which are T shaped joints.
2) there are butt welds and fillet welds in the weld. Most of them are fillet welds. Because of the different thickness of the plates, the weld pins are 6mm, 8 mm, 10mm, 12 mm, and 15 mm respectively.
3) parent material is mainly carbon structural steel plate Q 2352A, specifications have 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm and so on.
4) weld appearance requirements surface shall not have cracks, porosity, slag inclusion, incomplete fusion defects of weld and heat affected weld shape, conform to the pattern, weld and base material of smooth transition, part of weld ultrasonic flaw detection qualified.
